Overview
The simulator is a portable, shock-resistant manikin for combat casualty training in extreme environments. It realistically simulates injuries (e.g., hemorrhages, amputations) and trains trauma management with modules for bleeding, CPR, adjustable pupils, auscultation, ECG, and voice interaction, while assessing real-world emergency response skills.
Anatomy
Circulatory System:
Replaceable bleeding ports (head, limbs, chest, groin) and extended bleeding blocks.
Simulated venous circulation (visible blood return) and intraosseous infusion access (humerus, tibia, sternum).
Cardiopulmonary System:
Chest cavity structure with compression feedback; detects compression depth/frequency.
Airway module for artificial respiration (tidal volume/ventilation frequency monitoring).
Nervous System:
Adjustable pupil size/light reflexes, simulated eyelid movement, and eye conditions (e.g., congestion).
Additional Structures:
Auscultation areas (mitral/tricuspid valves, four-quadrant chest); SpO2 monitoring (index fingers).
Realism
Physiological Feedback:
Realistic compression resistance during CPR; bleeding simulation via fluid circulation.
ECG module outputs true waveforms (normal/ventricular fibrillation) and defibrillation response.
Sensory Simulation:
Dynamic pupil/eyelid adjustments; heart/lung sounds detectable via stethoscope.
Voice system with pre-recorded sounds (coughing, shouting) and interactive recording via tablet/shoulder tap.
