This model simulates an adult in the left lateral position, featuring realistic anatomical landmarks and detailed structures of the anus and rectum, making it suitable for training in various enema procedures.
Anatomy
The model represents an adult female's upper body in the left lateral position, constructed from flexible, realistic skin that mimics subcutaneous and muscle tissue. It includes anatomically accurate structures for the anus, anal canal, and rectum.
Realism
The model allows for realistic catheter insertion during different enema procedures. For non-retention enemas, the catheter can be inserted 7-10 cm, while for retention enemas.
It can reach 15-20 cm, both providing a realistic sense of resistance. The model is designed to prevent leakage of injected liquids, and the catheter can be securely fixed to the buttocks during use.
Cleaning
Clean the simulator with a damp cloth, using warm water and neutral detergent.
Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents or materials.
Allow trainer to completely dry before storing.
Keep away from sunshine.
