Overview
Orotracheal intubation can be performed:
A. to expose the glottis
The head of the model can be tilted back; the operator holds the laryngoscope in his left hand, and pushes the lens of the laryngoscope forward along the midline through the tongue and hard pin and inserts it into the epiglottis cartilage.
Forcibly lift it forward and upward, the epiglottis will lift up and close to the laryngoscope blade, and the glottis will be exposed.
B. The intubation model simulates the glottic cleft and trachea of a real newborn;
Insert through the glottis and enter the trachea; after successful intubation, you can use the mouth-to-tracheal intubation to inflate both lungs, and the intubation position is correct.
The depth of the cannula can be detected, and there will be an alarm sound when the insertion is too deep.
The appearance and shape of the residual umbilical cord in the umbilical part of the newborn are realistic and can be used for umbilical cord care training
Anatomy
The model simulates a full-term newborn, with real hand feeling, lifelike shape, beautiful appearance, soft and elastic skin, and accurate position of body surface marks.
Realism
The movement of the head and neck joints of the model is simulated realistically, and the head can be tilted back. Simulate the real newborn's mouth, pharynx, larynx, epiglottis, glottis, and trachea.
Cleaning
1. Clean the simulator with a damp cloth, using warm water and neutral detergent. Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents or materials.
2.Allow trainer to completely dry before storing.
3. Keep away from sunshine.
